In Eclipse IDE, menu bar, select “Help” >> “Install New Software …” , put the Eclipse update site URL.
http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/stable - choose your eclipse version
for example For Juno it will be http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/stable/juno
Copy this site's URL into Eclipse, and hit Enter.
